Catering Options at Our Small Flagstaff Event Space

Lunch Catering​

Our sister company, Eat n' Run Cafe, is situated next door. We have over a decade of experience catering easy lunch set ups. Please visit Eat n' Run's catering website for all these options.

Dinner Catering​

All our catering options are made to be served as a hot self service buffet. We set everything up, including sterno heaters, back up drinks, and anything else you might need and your guests serve themselves. You can leave or take your left overs. Click here for our hot catering menu.

Self Catering​

You’re welcome to bring your own meal. We provide a powered outlet bar on the serving island for crockpots and similar items, as well as access to a coffee maker, microwave, sink, refrigerator, and freezer. Two trash cans will be provided; any trash beyond these must be removed by you or disposed of in our dumpsters before departure. All cleanup related to food and service items is the responsibility of the renter.

We also have table clothes, napkins and silverware available for $3 per setting if you'd like to avoid the hassle as well as

Drink Service

A self-service water and lemonade station can be prepared for your use, including cups and backup beverages, for $3 per person.

We do not serve alcohol and cannot handle it in any capacity, including providing ice or glassware for alcoholic beverages. However, for private events where no tickets are sold and alcohol is provided at no charge to attendees, hosts may bring their own alcohol (BYOB).

Outside Catering

You are free to use outside caterers as well for your event. Your event coordinator or catering person is welcome to tour the facility or email us with any questions they may have at outpostmeetingspace@gmail.com .
