Our beautifully styled Flagstaff event space offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere ideal for both personal celebrations and professional gatherings. Whether you’re hosting a birthday, baby shower, workshop, or team meeting, the space provides the perfect blend of charm and comfort. Outside food is welcome—just note that guests are responsible for cleanup and disposal of any items they bring and you must rent the time necessary for set up and tear down.

Mon-Thurs $79 per hour* private use (3-hour minimum)
Fri-Sun $99 per hour* private use (3-hour minimum)

*Please factor set up and clean up into your rental time as we only provide a 30 minute padding for follow up guests.

How Many People Can the Space Accommodate?

The dining area comfortably seats 28 guests, and the adjoining lounge area provides an additional 8 seats, ideal for mingling, relaxing, or breakout sessions. There is obviously more standing room, please arrange to come tour the facility to see if the space is appropriate for you.

We do not have kitchen amenities and whilst we have a sink and surface available to plug in crock pots, the space is not equipped for prepare food or wash up other than minor rinsing
You must remove all trash that you produce from premises at event's end
You must return all furniture to it's original location

Public Space Availability (Public Can Hear / View Your Event from Market Area)

* Mon-Sat 9am-4pm (these time slots are free for use if your event is catered by Eat n' Run Cafe min order of $250 applies max time allowance 2 hours)

The space adjoins a local Flagstaff market and gift shop that closes in the evenings, so you’ll have the venue entirely to yourself for private events.

During the day, when the market is open, the space is shared with market customers and overflow Eat n’ Run Café customers. You’re welcome to reserve tables for a catered luncheon or meeting—just note that the gift shop remains open to the public during those hours.

If the space is not reserved daily in public area, it is available on a first-come, first-serve walk in basis for Eat n' Run customers as overflow spacing.
