Our beautifully styled Flagstaff event space offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere ideal for both personal celebrations and professional gatherings. It seats 35 in dining chairs, and additional space if you use the couches or bring extra table to the reception area. We have had cocktail style events where everyone is not seated at the same time of up to 50. Whether you’re hosting a birthday, baby shower, workshop, or team meeting, the space provides the perfect blend of charm and comfort. *Please factor any set up and clean up time into your rental time as we only provide a 1 hour padding between
you and follow up guests.

Free Public Use Day Use
& Availability
A quarter of our space is home to our local-centric gift shop that is open 10:30am-3:30pm* Tue-Sat. During these hours, the rest of the event space is open for free public use as long as you purchase food from Eat n' Run. The room is available on a on a first come first serve basis. If you'd like to reserve a free public hours table, email outpostmeetingspace@gmail.com and we'll hold it for your party or meeting.
(Private events that start at 2pm will mean an early closure those days)
If you would like to reserve the WHOLE dining area for your exclusive use whilst the gift shop remains open, you must purchase a minimum of $250 worth of food or catering from Eat n' Run. If you'd like to reserve a space in this way email outpostmeetingspace@gmail.com and we'll hold it for your party or meeting.
Questions & Answers
How Many People Can the Space Accommodate?
The dining area comfortably seats 32 guests, and the adjoining lounge area provides an additional 8 seats, ideal for mingling, relaxing, or breakout sessions. There is obviously more standing room, please arrange to come tour the facility to see if the space is appropriate for you.

We do not currently charge a cleaning fee (and we're hoping our guests host in a way that makes this a sustainable policy)

We do not have kitchen amenities and whilst we have a sink and surface available to plug in crock pots, the space is not equipped for preparing food or wash up other than rinsing

You must remove all trash that you produce from premises at event's end

You must return all furniture that you rearrange to it's original location before departing
